How to purchase an item on Sousou Corner?

1. Find an item you want to purchase on Sousou Corner

2. Click Add to cart.

3. Choose your preferred payment method and Click Proceed to checkout.

4. If you’re signed in to your Sousou Corner account, confirm your shipping address and payment details.
5. If you’re checking out as a guest, click Continue as a guest. Fill in your shipping and payment details. There are benefits to creating an Sousou Corner account before buying, but there are some purchases that you can make using guest checkout.
6. Review your order to check that your information and order are correct.
7. Click Place your order.

Shipping

1. By Chunghwa Post【Estimated delivery date is 2-5 days, according to the locations】

2. Pick up at 7-11 store【Estimated delivery date is 2-3 days】；If you choose to pick up at 7-11 store, please remember to pick up in 14 days, otherwise the package will be returned to the store. You have to pay the shipping fee again to receive the package in this case.

3. Deliver to Hong Kong, Macau and other countries by Chunghwa Post 【Estimated delivery date is 5-7 days】

Shipping Fee

Once you add an item to your shipping cart, the system will show the shipping fee. The shipping cost is including delivery fee and package materials.

What Is an Estimated Delivery Date

We send out the packages every Tuesday and Friday. If you place an order before 12:00pm on Tuesday and Friday, your packages will be shipped out on the day.

After we send out your package, you will receive a notice by email with a tracking number. You can track your package from the following delivery websites.

Return & Exchange

1. We want our customers to be happy, so we will do our best to ensure that you are pleased with your order. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the merchandise because it is defective, the wrong size, or damaged, you may return the item(s) within 7 business days of receipt.

2. We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for 'select your own color and style' items if the look turned out to be different from what you imagined when you selected the colors/styles. On sale items are also not eligible for exchanges and refund.

3. If you decided to exchange your item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and also the exchange processing fee NT$100.

4. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Sousou Corner reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition.

5. Unlike machine made products, handmade crafts are normally with minor uneven or imperfections. In this case, the defective or damaged condition is not including, fabrics with thread ends, minor stains, size differences under 1-2cm, color differences due to the screen. We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for these conditions.

到南方講座＆工作坊

1.　為紀錄活動，活動現場將進行錄影或拍照，報名即同意本單位使用相關照片、影片用於惻記與宣傳。

2.　退費政策：如遇天災或不可抗力等因素致活動被迫取消，或欲取消報名，請於活動 10 天前告知，可全額退費。
*於活動日 9 天至 4 天前告知取消，已付費用無法退款，可轉為「南南購物金」，日後講座活動可折抵使用。
*於活動前 3 天內至當日告知取消或未到，恕無法退費。
