拉普拉普(Lap Lap)是南太平洋島國萬那杜(Vanuatu)的國菜,島國原住民美拉尼西亞人早在三千年前就有這道料理,逐漸發展出許多變種,包括素食版本,以及用豬肉、雞肉或狐蝠肉製作的版本。南南主廚製作的是最原始的版本:將芋頭、木薯等的根莖類蔬菜磨碎成糊狀,加入菜肉跟椰奶,用香蕉葉包裹後放進當地人稱「烏瑪」(Uma)的土窯中烤熟。在像山藥餅的軟Q口感中,展現拉普拉普粽純粹淡雅的芋頭香氣。
