蘇曼莫龍（Suman Morón）或巧克力莫龍（Chocolate Morón）是菲律賓東米沙鄢群島的甜點。製作方法是將兩層加糖的米粉捲在一起，一層是香草口味，另一層則混合了可可粉，有時還會加入花生，因而呈現雙色螺旋造型。主要以糯米粉製作，但口感竟與布朗尼有幾分相似，加上酥脆的花生點綴，這款今年端午唯一的甜粽，當配咖啡的午茶甜點也很可以！
