玉米粽（Tamal）在哥倫比亞有多達數十種地區變體，其中托利馬省（Tolima）的版本被公認為是「最正宗、最豪華」的代表，以其碩大的個頭和獨特的包裝方式而聞名，每年的 6 月 24 日托利馬省都會盛大舉辦「托利馬粽節」，頌揚道地玉米粽的豪華與美味。

托利馬粽比兩個台灣粽子還要大，基底為玉米麵團加米，內餡也是超級豪華——雞、豬、蛋、馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔、青豆、青椒、番茄等，在芭蕉葉的包裹下看起來像胖胖的福袋。吃來餡料搭配和諧，還帶點孜然香氣，全家分食一顆就很有飽足感。
